 Return Policy

We stand behind all of our products here at Elegant Baby. If you receive a damaged or defective product directly from us, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 10 calendar days from receipt of purchase. All returns must be unused, in the original packaging, from a smoke-free environment and have all applicable tags still attached.

If you bought your product from a retail distributor, other website, or third party, you should contact the company you purchased from. Also, we cannot accept any personalized products for refund or exchange, for obvious reasons.

Please note, if the purchase was made with a credit or debit card, any refund will be credited back to that account. This includes gift purchases.
